It is very sad to report that on January 5 2017 another VPD officer, Daniel GAUTHIER (2939) threatened and afflicted and distressed a partially-blind, low-income, middle-eastern man.
What will Chief Adam Palmer say when he finds out that one of his officers, Daniel GAUTHIER (2939), abused and threatened and humiliated a good citizen?
After you read how she protected a hostile female liar then you will agree that it is true that corrupt women in power protect other corrupt women in power?
Is Chief Adam Palmer afraid of these hostile women in power? Or does Chief Adam Palmer consider this recent act of malice and misconduct committed by Daniel Gauthier SMALL POTATOES because the Chief has other problems to deal with such as the recent VPD officers charged with sexual misconduct and sexual assault, who happen to work for the sex crimes unit? That story is here, if you haven’t heard.
Again. The public demand an explanation and apology. The public and taxpayers see the INSTITUTIONAL BIAS. Does Chief Palmer? Does VPD professional standards?
On January 5th 2016, Daniel GAUTHIER knocked on a partially-blind, middle-eastern man’s SRO and threatened him with arrest and malice. Officer Daniel GAUTHIER was reckless and acted with bad faith when she disgraced herself and the Vancouver Police Department when she refused to act with integrity and lawfully.
Officer Daniel GAUTHIER instead, acted with malice and and acted perfidiously, She became the official hit man for a abusive Centerplate manager. (Many of you are aware of how the recent ceo of centerplate abused and was convicted of harming an innocent creature)
We are sure that Chief Adam Palmer, and the Office of the Police Complaints Commission, and the public. who pay millions in taxpayer money, would be appauled–and demand justice after they hear the reckless and egregious acts of Constable Daniel Gauthier.
Chief Adam Palmer, and the Office of the Police Complaints Commission and the public would be shocked to find out that Officer Daniel GAUTHIER did NOT AT ALL hear the side of the middle-eastern, partially blind man, BUT THE ONLY THING SHE DID WAS TO THREATEN HIM WITH ARREST AS SOON AS HE OPENED THE DOOR, AND EVEN GAVE HIM A ONE-SIDED THREAT OF ARREST LETTER. AS SOON AS HE OPENED HIS DOOR.
WAS OFFICER DANIEL GAUTHIER IN A HURRY TO GET A DONUT? OR ACTING RECKLESS WITH BAD FAITH AND MALICE?
Chief Adam Palmer, and the Office of the Police Complaints Commission, and the public would be shocked to find out that Officer Daniel GAUTHIER has a weirdo and dishonest world view that women don’t lie, that women don’t exaggerate, that women are always right, that women can never be aggressive, that women could never be charged, that middle-eastern men are always the aggressors, that women can never act with malice. That middle-eastern men deserve negative stereotypes but what anglo saxon women like Constable Daniel Gauthier always deserve positive stereotypes. Taxpayers and victims suffer from this deranged and dangerous personality that we have witnessed in Daniel Gauthier’s actions.
Police protocols and standards all over the world require to hear both sides of the story. Every coin is double-sided. The door swings both ways. Or the famous TRUTH “innocent until proven guilty”.
Instead. Officer Daniel GAUTHIER acted like a shameless coward and knocked on the partially-blind middle-eastern man and handed him a threatening letter of arrest. Again. Without even hearing the his side. This is is a clear case of a sociopath wearing a badge. No one would condone such draconian malice. Especially when taxpayers are paying for it.
Officer Daniel GAUTHIER completely sanitized the actions of the accuser, which leads us to see the malice and then agree that a more suitable position for Officer Daniel GAUTHIER is the Sanitation Department.
Of course we will make her malicious letter public. Here is the copy for you.
Chief Adam Palmer, and the Office of the Police Complaints Commission, and the public would be shocked to find out that Officer Daniel GAUTHIER has a weirdo and dishonest world view. This insane officer believes that women don’t lie, that women don’t exaggerate, that women are always right, that women can never be aggressive, that women could never be charged, that middle-eastern men are always the aggressors, that women can never act with malice. That middle-eastern men deserve negative stereotypes but white anglo saxon women like Constable Daniel Gauthier always deserve positive stereotypes. Taxpayers and victims suffer from this deranged and dangerous personality that we have witnessed in Daniel Gauthier’s actions.
She recklessly afflicted the good citizen as soon as he opened his door. At that time she began reading her malicious, ONE SIDE-LETTER. Then she threatened him and intimidated him.
we are sure that you will contact the office of police complaints commission here and file a complaint. Secondly. Contact Chief Adam Palmer and demand justice here vpd@vpd.ca and the professional standards office, who most probably will white wash and sanitize her actions.
However. Any non crooked or non-corrupt citizen will see that serious violations of the section 77 of the police act were committed.
Of course there are possible others who might have been threatened and afflicted by her. We need to prevent others in the future to suffer what the good citizen suffered.
Please note that he is now in danger of being charged or arrested any minute. Because officer Gauthier can saw that “she warned me”
The victim has been a good-citizen for several years. He is the founder of BChomeless.com which helps homeless online and in person. Also. Look at his followers on twitter.com/bchomeless. Every social organization, including the chief of police follows me.
Robert Gordon a prominent SFU Criminology Professor on December 30th stated that there’s a strong probability that VPD undermines credible investigations through exaggerations and even engage in deceitful and unethical tactics to get an arrest
We recently saw on global news that many are questioning the past criminal arrests conducted by VPD officers such as James Fisher and that there should be a future investigation.
Robert Gordon, the criminology Professor stated there’s a high probability of deceit with VPD past investigations.
