Arcteryx Manager caught on video denying a Middle-Eastern his rights

According to Wall Street Magazine Corporate Bulling is defined as

Corporate bullying is a repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons by one or more perpetrators including verbal abuse, offensive behaviour, with nonverbal conducts which are threatening, humiliating or intimidating.

We all know what this is about, mangers that abuse power, yell, harass and breed resentment, sabotage and costly turnovers without even caring. They know that they are in a position in which this kind of headship will not be questioned. These executives see themselves as power players and find that their aggressive style helps them claw to the top.

A perfect example of Corporate bullying is when a corporation that earned over 205 million last year feel they are above the law and can distress and threaten their customers.

On June 26 2021 in Vancouver, there was a severe heatwave and the covid cases were at a record low.  In addition the BC Public Health Officer clearly stated the official position on mandatory masks.  And the majority of businesses have respected and honoured the mandate.  But the one cooperation, Arcteryx which made over 205 million last year, feels it is above the law and narcissistically ignores it.

On June 26, 2021 a loyal customer walked in wearing 250 dollar Arcteryx shoes and a 80 dollar Arcteryx shirt, who was about to make a 150 dollar purchase.  The middle-eastern man has a medical mask exemption.  However, he was so respectful that he even wore a mask over his mouth but not over his nose.  As you will see from the video, he was abused, bullied, gas-lighted and threatened.  And thank goodness he video-taped it.  Because the bullies got caught lying and deceiving. . Did you notice how polite the customer was?  Even when they made him step outside?  Did you notice the Arcteryx manager referring to employee procedures instead of the Public Health Order?  And when caught he wanted to end the conversation and begin threatening the customer?

To conclude.  Even a 5th grader can see the true facts.

The Arcteryx manager MUST APOLOGIZE AND FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.  Otherwise another high-flyer, know-it-all will escape facing justice because a giant corporation will protect him.

  4. YOU CAN TAKE THEM TO COURT AND THEY WILL HAVE TO REPLY HERE.
  5. YOU CAN ALSO FILE WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION BC HERE
